Simple gtk-3.0 Theme

Some gtk applications will not use the Mate color themes I've created using Menu > System > Preferences > Appearance > Appearance.

For example, Liferea, and Transmission-gtk require a separate theme be created and stored in $HOME/.config/gtk-3.0/

The attached file works with Mate 1.8 and the MudCity IX and XI themes also attached to this post.
