FB2 resolv.conf Server Notes
Published on 20 April 2014 by amjEvery time I rebooted fb2, it lost it's ''resolv.conf'' file for some reason. I had to manually edit ''/etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/base''. I added the following:
nameserver 192.168.1.5
For some reason I haven't figured out (ever) there needs to be an entry pointing to eth0's static IP address. The default resolv.conf entry of 127.0.0.1 does not work. Also, 127.0.0.1 still gets added to ''resolv.conf'' even though I've edited ''base''
