Aqualung Installation

Dependencies:

Copy-paste this at a command prompt:

sudo apt-get install
libxml2-dev libcdio-paranoia-dev libcddb2-dev libsndfile1-dev libflac-dev
libmp3lame-dev libasound2-dev libcddb2-dev libsndfile1-dev libtar-dev libao-dev
libsamplerate0-dev libmpcdec-dev libwavpack-dev libmad0-dev libao-common libao4
libcdio-cdda-dev libcdio-dev libogg-dev libvorbis-dev

This got cdda to appear to work according to configure.
